When your package is in transit with the mail carrier the tracking information will not update until it is physically scanned in by someone. Once scanned in the tracking information will update. This will vary on the post office, and please be mindful that delays can happen! TopTierCharms are NOT in control when it comes into scanning the packages.
If you are an international customer and your purchase is held at customs for processing, the tracking information will not update until the customs department releases the package to the mail courier.
