When your package is in transit with the mail carrier the tracking information will not update until it is physically scanned in by someone. Once scanned in the tracking information will update. I only received part of my order, what happened?

If you ordered custom pieces, we “may” try to ship you the item that is completed first. But do not worry at all, your entire order will arrive shortly after! However, if you did not order a custom item please contact our customer service charmstoptier@gmail.com with an image of your order and your order number for further assistance.

When will I receive my custom pieces?

Customized jewelry currently take 2-6 weeks to create before shipping and delivery as these items are handmade. Our turnaround time is only an estimation and not a guarantee due to any unforeseen circumstances that may rise.

How long does your shipping takes?

Most orders are processed within 3-10 business days. This is after a 2 business days processing time. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, processing times will be extended. (14-21 BUSINESS days during high volume times).  Orders will ship AFTER our processing time.
