Refund Policy

*IF BY CHANCE, your order goes over the processing time, please reach out to us immediately! 

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. The reason behind not offering returns, exchanges or refunds is because we do not believe in reselling or reusing an item once it has been purchased and shipped to its original buyer. Each piece received is to be brand new and untouched; and we cannot guarantee this if we offer returns. 

However, we genuinely care about your satisfaction, so if we made a mistake with your order please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will certainly fix it. More details are posted below. ↓

Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately via email (charmstoptier@gmail.com) if the item arrived is damaged, defective or wrong item received. If we are not notified within 48 hours of the item being delivered, we are no longer responsible for replacing the item. Please make sure to include your order number and pictures as proof for a faster resolution.

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, there are no cancellations or refunds after 24 hours!
If you wish to cancel an order you may contact customer service at charmstoptier@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we can not process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
