Order Processing Delays

Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the size or the item itself. Each piece is handmade, and we believe in ensuring that every item is brand new and untouched. Therefore, we do not resell items once they have been shipped.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the option for reshipments if you receive the wrong size. If you realize that you’ve ordered the incorrect size, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your item and we’ll guide you through the reshipment process.
Reshipment for Wrong Size:
• If you’ve received the wrong size, we will be happy to offer a reshipment of the correct size.
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
• Please ensure that you check our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.
Damages or Issues with Your Order
Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately via email at info@toptiercharms.com.
• To ensure a swift resolution, please include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item.
• We can only address issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, cancellations or refunds are not accepted after 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@toptiercharms.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations after this time frame.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipment. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
