Before placing your order, make sure your shipping address is correct - including apartment numbers and zip codes.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs. To avoid delays, please verify everything is correct during checkout!
DOMESTIC USA ORDERS
Processing Time:
Orders ship within 1–12 business days (Monday–Friday excluding holidays). Processing times may lean closer toward the 12-business-day timeframe during high-volume periods, viral product demand, sales, holidays, or unexpected circumstances.
Please note: A shipping label/tracking number may be created before carrier acceptance. Tracking updates begin once USPS/UPS scans and receives the package.

Shipping Time:
USPS Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days AFTER your order has been processed and received by the carrier.
UPS expedited shipping options apply AFTER processing time and only affect carrier transit speed once UPS receives the package. Expedited shipping does NOT mean your order skips processing or is guaranteed to ship within 1–2 days.
Need It Fast?
If you need an order delivered by a specific date (birthday, trip, holiday, event, etc.), please email BEFORE ordering to confirm availability.
While I always do my best to accommodate requested delivery dates, delivery by a specific day cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.
Custom Jewelry:
Custom/personalized jewelry requires approximately 2–6 weeks for production BEFORE shipment. During high-volume periods, production may lean closer toward the 6-week timeframe.
Orders containing both custom and non-custom items are shipped together by default unless separate shipping arrangements are made beforehand.
Communication Policy:
Please allow approximately 24–72 business hours for responses to emails/messages. Sending multiple messages across platforms may further delay response times.
For order assistance, email support is preferred over social media DMs.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds, once approved, may take approximately 7–10 business days to reflect back to your account depending on your financial institution.
Custom/personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
