Shipping Policy

♡ TopTierCharms is based in Michigan, USA.

Domestic = USA. International = Outside of the USA (Canada, Europe, etc.).

Important: Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy before completing your order. If your package is returned to TopTierCharms due to an incorrect address, such as missing apartment numbers or incorrect zip codes, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We highly encourage verifying your address during checkout to avoid delays.

 

Domestic Orders (USA) 
Processing Time: 1-12 Business Days 
This means your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 12 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. As the sole worker behind the brand, I do my best to fulfill orders promptly, but please be aware that outside responsibilities can occasionally impact processing times.

If you need your order by a specific date (e.g., birthday, event), please email us before ordering to confirm if we can meet your deadline.

Shipping Time: 3-4 Business Days
Once your order has been processed, standard domestic shipping via USPS typically takes 3-4 business days.

Expedited Shipping:
We offer overnight shipping through USPS at a cost of $28. This option is available by request only. For more details, please visit USPS.com.

International Orders
Processing Time: 1-12 Business Days
Shipping Time: 7-14 Business Days 
Please allow up to 26 business days in total for international delivery, which includes both processing and shipping times. We recommend placing international orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Brokerage Fees:
International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by the local customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. TopTierCharms is not responsible for these additional charges or any delays caused by customs clearance. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. As soon as your package ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Delays
Please note that delays may occur during busy seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or postal service disruptions. While we are not responsible for these delays, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.

Signature Requirement for Higher-Value Orders
For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders. You will be notified via email if this applies to your order. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package to avoid delays.

Customized Product Orders
Customization Time: 2-4 Weeks
Processing + Shipping Time After Customization: 5-14 Business Days
Please note that customized products requires additional time for creation. The specific time needed for each item is outlined in the product description. Once your order is placed, custom items are submitted for production within 24 hours and cannot be canceled or refunded after this period. After customization (within the 2-4 week timeframe), it will take an additional week for processing and shipping.
