Shipping Policy

TopTierCharms is located in Michigan, USA.
Domestic = USA. International = Outside of the USA. (Canada, Europe, Etc.)

NOTE: Please make sure to fill out your address correctly and double-check it! If the package is returned to sender (TopTierCharms) due to an error on your end, you will be required to pay the full shipping price again for reshipment. Errors can include but are not limited to, missing apartment number or wrong zip-code. 

Domestic Orders:

Processing Time: 1-12 Business Days.
(Meaning, that after you purchase, it can be shipped within 1 business day or 12 business days. Weekends and Holidays are excluded.)

As a full time college student + only worker behind the scenes, processing times means a lot as my schedule may get hectic. If you are wishing to have your pieces by a specific date such as your birthday, etc. please reach out to us through email PRIOR to ordering to get confirmation on if we can complete the request on-time! 

Shipping Time: 3-4 Business Days.

This is the standard shipping time frame AFTER our processing time via USPS.

We CAN offer express shipment of overnight with a shipping fee of $28.00 that USPS charges. This is by request only. For more details on their pricing please visit their site at USPS.com 

International Orders:

Processing Time: 1-12 Business Days.

Shipping Time: 7-14 Business Days.

In total, to receive your international order it may take up to 26 business days. Please plan accordingly when purchasing. 

Customized Products Orders:

Customization Time: Two to six weeks.

Processing Time After Customization: 5-14 Business Days.

Each custom item has its own processing time, please make sure to read the description box under the custom product you are interested in/purchased.

Customized products are then sent in to be created 24 hours after the order is placed. Due to this, customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 the hours has passed. Please view our refund and cancellation policy here. After the customization is complete within the two to six weeks, it will take an additional week to be shipped and delivered to your address given by you.
